Detailed gameplay

The main character in Wave Road is a sharp arrow that can curve like waves. Players can only move this icon in space. It cannot land or collide. Players simply need to hold down the left mouse button to propel the arrow upwards, enabling it to overcome obstacles. Players need to avoid obstacles on the way, such as walls, spikes, rotating gears, and blocks, to ensure the safety of the arrow. The arrow will explode if it collides with any obstacle.

Score

The number of space portals your arrow has passed through determines the player's score in Wave Road. Each time your arrow moves through a space portal, you will receive a point. This implies that the distance the arrow has traveled will not determine the score. Therefore, aim to maneuver the arrow through as many space portals as possible to enhance your score.

Unlocking new arrows

Players start their journey with a simple blue arrow. To unlock new types of arrows, players need to collect glowing orbs throughout the journey. There are a total of 16 beautiful arrows in the collection that the game provides.
